This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through mindshifting.io and checkout.mindshifting.io, operated by Mind Shifting LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

14-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@mindshifting.io within 14 days of your purchase. Please include:

- The name and email address you used at checkout

- The product you purchased

You do not need to give a reason, although any feedback is welcome.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your request, the refund is returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a further 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

When a refund is issued, your access to the related training, materials and community is removed.

Upsells

The 14-day guarantee applies separately to each product, counted from the date that product was purchased.

Requests After 14 Days

Refund requests received more than 14 days after purchase are not eligible, except where required by law.
