The Real Key to Achieving Your Goals

The key to achieving your goals is not a manifestation technique — it's clearing the resistance from your subconscious mind.

The Real Key to Achieving Your Goals

Why do we often feel blocked when trying to achieve a goal?

The reason is our subconscious mind is resisting it.

Here are some of the reasons this happens:

  • We don't really want to achieve the goal because it isn't truly ours (e.g. it's our parents' goal, not our own)
  • We have limiting beliefs telling us we can't achieve it
  • We have fears about what will happen if we achieve it
  • We have fears about taking one or more of the actions required
  • We identify as someone who won't achieve the goal
  • We have subconscious goals that oppose our conscious goal
  • We've made the goal so important that we worry about what will happen if we don't achieve it

All of this adds up to our subconscious mind working against us.

So what are the signs this might be happening?

  • Your goal feels difficult to achieve
  • You lack confidence that you will achieve it
  • You feel stressed as you work towards it
  • Your goal feels out of reach or separate from you
  • It feels extremely important — as if everything depends on it

The key to achieving your goals is not a manifestation technique (as many people achieve their goals without ever using one).

The real key is clearing the resistance from your subconscious mind.

In Mind Shifting, the method we use to do this is the Reality Shifting method.

This method systematically identifies resistance in your subconscious mind and clears it step-by-step until there is none left.

What remains is the simple, calm intention to achieve your goal.

No stress.

No doubts.

No excess importance.

No worry about not achieving it.

Just calm certainty it will be achieved.

Then, if feelings of stress, doubt, worry, or stuckness start to creep in again, we simply apply the method again.

Because these are the signs that resistance has returned.

Which means part of our subconscious mind is once again intending for us not to achieve the goal.

So we use Reality Shifting again to clear those counter-intentions.

And once we do, we return to the one-pointed intention to achieve our goal.

This means all parts of our mind are aligned in the same direction.

And when this is the case, our goal often doesn't even feel like a goal anymore.

We are now simply in the process of achieving it — without resistance.

It feels simple and straightforward — as if your goal were to buy a loaf of bread from the shop.

You simply find out where the shop is and walk there — one step at a time.

I hope this understanding helps you with achieving your goals.

Happy Reality Shifting!
